WRIISC Training Opportunities
The WRIISC Training Program is an interdisciplinary program that aims to train physicians, physician assistants, nurses, psychologists, other clinicians, social workers, research scientists, and students in clinical and applied basic research. The WRIISC is a National Program dedicated to addressing the post deployment health concerns of Veterans from all eras. In a unique setting, WRIISC researchers and clinicians often work side by side translating findings from applied basic research into novel treatment paradigms and using clinical findings to better understand the symptoms and causes related to post deployment health.
