Nashville PDCEN
The Nashville Post Deployment Cardiopulmonary Evaluation Network (PDCEN) is located at the Nashville VA Medical Center (VAMC). As part of the PDCEN, the Nashville VAMC provides specialized and comprehensive clinical evaluations to Veterans who develop chronic respiratory symptoms during or after deployment. Additionally, we work with VA and Vanderbilt University Medical Center investigators to perform basic, translational, and clinical research to better understand how respiratory disease develops after deployment, how it affects the health of affected Veterans over time, and how it can be non-invasively diagnosed. Hear more about our mission and function from our site director, Dr. Bradley Richmond, by watching the video below.
